BIM refers to Building Information Modelling or Management. BIM is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.
At Sophie Clapperton Designs, we understand the benefits of BIM, for designers, clients, and contractors, and have committed our studio to make all projects BIM-based.
This means that all our projects are designed in 3D, rather than 2D, giving every client the opportunity to explore their project from all angles prior to construction.
