Pre-design
Prior to delving into the design process, the gathering of critical material such as inspiration images, questionnaires, and lifestyle requirements is prioritized through personalized consultations. This stage ensures understanding of your project’s scope, budget, and aesthetic preferences, informing our design direction.

Schematic design & design development
Design documents for the project’s initial review are drafted, with revisions being accommodated as needed to ensure alignment with the envisioned outcome. Experimentation and resolution of design decisions or issues are undertaken until a final design is approved.

3D renderings
Once a design has been determined, the rendering process is initiated. 3D renderings are employed to showcase the design, illustrate details, and assist in making color and material selections.

Construction documentation
Comprehensive construction documents, necessary for building permit submission, are prepared. These documents serve as a guide for your contractor, outlining every aspect essential for constructing the project with precision and efficiency.
Construction documents are released for tender (pricing) to a select list of skilled contractors.

Material/product selection and procurement
Finishes are selected and products are ordered for the project. These selections ensure optimal performance, meticulous installation, and aesthetic coherence.

Project management & contract administration
Seamless execution is ensured through our attendance at site meetings throughout construction, overseeing progress to align with the construction document’s intent. Our team remains readily available to your builder for any necessary details or revisions, maintaining a proactive approach to address evolving needs.
