2+ Years of professional experience
Relevant degree or diploma in applicable field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit*, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop
Experience rendering with Enscape or Lumion is encouraged
Ability to prepare high-quality drawings, details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive, and consistent
Familiar with, and comfortable applying the Ontario Building Code
Experience with permit submissions and comfortable communicating with municipal authorities
Ability to work independently and be self motivated
Comfortable with remote work
Reside in Ontario, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle for attendance at site visits and meetings

*Our office is primarily Revit-based. A strong background in Revit is required

2+ Years of professional experience
Previous experience as a PM, Office Administrator, Construction Manager, or similar role
Experience working in the design/ construction industry is encouraged
Project Management Certification, an asset
Experience managing teams and client interactions via excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to assume ownership of processes and refining them as needed on an ongoing basis
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable with remote work
Reside in Ontario, hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to a vehicle for attendance at site visits and meetings
